Organization

The Academy is managed by a President, two Vice-Presidents, an Immediate Past President, four Directors, a Chancellor, a Secretary General, and two governing bodies: the Executive Council and the General Assembly. In addition, the business of the Academy is also distributed among several Standing Committees. These committees are the Nominations Committee, the Selectors Committee, the Scholarship Committee, and the Scientific Committee. Being an international organization, the Academy Secretariat office is transferred, approximately every five years. The Secretariat has been located in the United States, Belgium, France, Canada, the United Kingdom, Portugal, New Zealand, and at the moment is in Canada.
